Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to receive SEPA transfers to your Holyheld account:

  1. Open the Holyheld website or mobile app.
  2. Look for the “Manage card” icon and click on it.
  3. You will see an option labeled “Account details.” Click on this.
  4. Here, you will find your bank account details including your IBAN, bank code, and beneficiary bank information. Copy these details.
 

With your personal IBAN, you can send and receive SEPA transfers. Outgoing SEPA transfers are Express, and are typically completed within one business day. Please ensure to review all the details carefully before confirming the transaction.
