What Is $SOPH and What Purpose Does it Fit?
SOPH is the utility token powering the Sophon Network, essential for both current and future operations. Initially, it will be used for gas fees and to enable the decentralisation of the network through nodes and staking (read more on $SOPH staking here). As the network evolves, so will the token’s utilities, with many exciting developments planned for the future.
SOPH Distribution:
- The total supply of SOPH will be 10 billion (10,000,000,000)
- 57% of that will go to the Sophon community
- 25% Core contributors (4-year vest)
- 18% Seed investors (3-year vest)

The Airdrop
To boost liquidity, Sophon launched a pre-mainnet mining campaign (Sophon Farm Phase 1), which will unlock all rewards at TGE. Farmers had the chance to put their tokens of choice like Beam and Zentry on the Sophon Farm to collect Sophon Points that would later turn into SOPH for the airdrop. Phase 2 farmers will have to wait a little longer: those tokens will be subject to a 6-month cliff at TGE, followed by a 6-month linear vest.
Additionally, 300 million SOPH (3% of the total supply) will be distributed through an airdrop to eligible participants, rewarding early adopters and attracting new, value-aligned users to the ecosystem. Check out if you’re eligible through this link.
